The mission of the Harley J. Corbin Foundation is to improve educational access and developmental outcomes for children with learning, communication, and neurodevelopmental needs. We support children and families navigating dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADHD, autism, communication disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities, executive functioning challenges, and other learning-related concerns. Through scholarships, family guidance, school support, assessment resources, and community education, we help children receive the understanding and support they need to succeed.
*A formal diagnosis is not required to request guidance or support.
We help families identify educational resources, school supports, tutoring options, assistive tools, and next steps when a child is struggling academically.
We help parents better understand school evaluations, IEPs, 504 Plans, accommodations, and how to prepare for school support meetings.
We help families understand when psychological, psychoeducational, or neuropsychological testing may be helpful. Future services may include direct testing, consultation, and referral coordination through licensed clinical providers.
Donor support helps reduce financial barriers for families seeking educational assistance, assessment, tutoring, advocacy support, and developmental resources.
We provide education and awareness for families, schools, and community partners on learning differences, neurodevelopmental needs, and student support.
Since 2005, the foundation’s community events have helped raise more than $155,000 in support of children, families, and educational access.
Every gift helps us continue building pathways to testing, tutoring, school support, advocacy, and developmental resources for children who need them.

Families often know their child is struggling but are unsure what to do next. We help parents understand concerns, organize records, identify support options, and determine whether school-based services, clinical testing, tutoring, or advocacy may be helpful.
**The foundation provides educational and clinical consultation, resource guidance, and support planning. We do not provide legal representation.
Join us for upcoming events, from community gatherings to special sales. We can't wait to see you there.
